/ 02How progression works
You start at the tier you qualify for based on the volume commitment you can make. Most resellers start at Authorized and work up as relationship and volume justify. Progression is based on trailing-12-month volume:
- Authorized → Partner: trailing-12-month volume reaches $50K, or you commit to $50K minimum for the next 12 months
- Partner → Premier: trailing-12-month volume reaches $250K, or you commit to $250K minimum for the next 12 months
- Tier promotions happen at quarterly account reviews; demotions only if volume drops significantly below tier minimum for 2+ consecutive quarters
The volume that counts toward your tier is net product revenue — what you actually purchase from us, not what you quote or what you eventually sell. Returns, RMA credits, and warranty replacements don't count against your minimum.
/ 03Payment terms
Standard payment terms across all tiers:
- Net-30 on approved credit — pay within 30 days of invoice; no penalty if paid earlier
- 2% / 10 / Net-30 early-pay discount — 2% off if paid within 10 days
- ACH and credit card on file available with auto-charge at invoice or net-due date
- Wire transfer for large or international orders
- Credit limits assigned by our commercial credit underwriter; initial limits typically start at $10K-$25K and grow with payment history
Extended terms (Net-45, Net-60) are available case-by-case at the Maverick Premier tier, generally for larger project-based purchases with documented end-customer payment timing.
/ 04Fulfillment options
Three fulfillment paths, available depending on tier:
- Drop-ship — product ships from upstream distributor (D&H, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, or vendor direct) to you or your end customer. Available to all tiers. Blind shipping (your branding) at Partner and Premier.
- Stocked inventory — pulled from our Tennessee warehouse for same-day or next-day shipping. Available at Partner and Premier tiers for stocked items.
- Project staging — pre-build and pre-image equipment ahead of a scheduled deployment, staged in our facility until ready to ship. Available at Premier; case-by-case at Partner.
Local pickup from our Tennessee facility is available by appointment for Partner and Premier tier resellers within driving range.

Typical end-to-end timeline: 5-10 business days from application to first order shipped. Faster if you're already an established reseller with documentation ready to go.

Is there a minimum order to apply?
No. There is no minimum to apply at the Authorized Reseller tier. Annual volume thresholds determine progression to Maverick Partner ($50K) and Maverick Premier ($250K) tiers.
What documentation do I need to apply?
Business legal entity name and address, federal EIN, state resale or tax exemption certificate, business banking information, and a description of what you sell and to whom. We run a standard commercial credit check before extending terms.
Can I sell directly to end consumers under this program?
The Reseller Program is for businesses that resell technology as part of their own offering. You can sell to your end customers (businesses or individuals) under your own brand. The program is not for personal or one-off direct-to-consumer purchasing.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes. Drop-shipping is available at all tiers. We can ship directly to your customers using blind shipping (your branding, no Maverick reference on the packing list) at the Maverick Partner and Premier tiers.
What about returns and RMAs?
Standard 30-day return window on most items (vendor restocking fees may apply per manufacturer policy). Defective-on-arrival items handled through manufacturer warranty — we coordinate the RMA process. Custom-configured or special-order items typically non-returnable unless defective.
