Co-Managed IT

You have an internal IT team. We supplement them with senior expertise, 24/7 coverage, security stack, and the parts of the role they don't want to staff full-time. Pricing scales with what you retain in-house.

From $65 /user/mo (varies by scope)

vCIO / IT Strategy

Fractional CIO engagement — technology roadmaps, vendor strategy, board-level IT reporting, M&A integration support, compliance strategy. Available as a fixed monthly retainer or hourly.

From $5,000 /month or $325/hr

Project Work (Business Hours)

One-time projects, cloud migrations, infrastructure refreshes, M365 deployments, network buildouts. Fixed-scope quotes preferred; hourly when scope is exploratory.

Emergency / Break-Fix

One-time emergency response for non-clients or out-of-scope incidents. 1-hour minimum. We prioritize existing managed clients, but we'll help when capacity allows.

Scheduled or emergency work outside business hours. After-hours rates apply for both project and break-fix engagements outside 8a-6p weekdays.

What's NOT in the per-user price

Transparency matters more than marketing fluff. Here's what sits outside the managed agreement:

Pricing questions

How does per-user pricing work?

You pay a flat monthly fee per employee covered by the agreement, regardless of how many devices they use (laptop, phone, tablet). When headcount changes, the bill changes with it. Most modern MSPs use per-user because it aligns with how support actually gets delivered — tickets come from people, not laptops.

Are there minimum user counts?

Watch starts at 5 users minimum. Watch Plus and Watch Pro start at 10 users. Smaller organizations (1-4 users) typically fit better with hourly support or block-hour arrangements — we'll tell you honestly when an MSP agreement isn't the right fit.

What length is the contract?

Standard is a 12-month initial term, then month-to-month after that. We don't lock clients into multi-year commitments. If we're not earning the relationship every month, you should be able to leave.

Can I move between tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time (prorated). Downgrade requests are honored at the next billing cycle. Most clients move up, not down — usually after a security incident in their industry that highlights what the higher tier provides.

What if someone leaves the company?

Adjust your user count at any monthly billing cycle. We bill on the current active count, not historical headcount. Offboarding the departing user (account disable, data preservation, license recovery) is included.

Is hardware included in the per-user price?

No. Hardware (PCs, servers, firewalls, switches, cameras) and third-party software licensing pass through at cost plus a small markup. Hardware-as-a-Service (monthly hardware leasing) is available as an add-on if you prefer everything bundled into one predictable monthly number.

Why does pricing vary by region?

Labor costs, business operating costs, and prevailing market rates vary meaningfully between regions. A Tennessee MSP price benchmarked against a New York or California buyer would be unrealistic — either we'd be losing money there, or we'd be overcharging here. We use a regional multiplier on our Tennessee anchor prices so buyers everywhere see fair, market-aligned numbers.
