/ 01How it works
The process is intentionally simple — we'd rather pay out fast than make you read fine print:
- Submit the referral — use the form below, email us, or just call 615-274-9555 and tell us who to reach out to.
- We reach out within 2 business days, mentioning your introduction.
- If they sign a qualifying agreement or project, your payout is scheduled.
- You get paid the way you prefer — check, ACH, credit on your bill (if you're a Maverick client), or charity donation in your name.
/ 02What we look for in a good fit
Referrals don't have to be qualified leads — that's our job. But it helps if the business roughly fits our wheelhouse:
- Tennessee-based or operating in TN — we cover statewide
- 5-500 employees — our sweet spot is 15-200 but we work both ends
- Frustrated with current IT or growing past their existing arrangement
- Healthcare, legal, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, nonprofit are particularly strong industry fits, but we work across most sectors
- Compliance pressures (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, PCI) where we have deep experience
/ 03Wholesale & channel partner referrals
If you're an MSP, integrator, or VAR who refers clients to us for capabilities you don't deliver (compliance work, AI deployments, specific platform expertise, hardware procurement at our channel pricing), we have a separate channel partner program with structured revenue share. / 04The honest fine print
- Referred business must be a new prospect — not an active client or one we've already been in conversation with in the prior 6 months
- Payouts are issued after the referred client's first invoice clears (we don't want to send you a check and then chase the client for payment)
- Referrals don't expire — if they sign 8 months later, you still get paid
- Multiple referrers for the same prospect: first to submit wins the payout, no split. Submit early.
- We reserve the right to decline obviously commercial referral schemes (mass email blasts to lists, third-party lead-gen services)
